CREDAI Maharashtra

CREDAI Maharashtra is flagship organization of all the Associations of Builders and Developers of Maharashtra encompassing over 75% of the organized Real Estate sector in the State except Mumbai. Builders Associations from 39 cities of Maharashtra with a total strength of more than 2500 members builders are affected with it.”

CREDAI has its roots in the ‘Federation of Promoters and Builders Association of Maharashtra’ which was framed in the year 1994. The Promoters and Builders Association was instrumental in formation of the National Level Confederation of all the Associations of Real Estate Developers in India. This Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, CREDAI as it is now known was thus formed. The “Federation of Promoters & Builders Associations of Maharashtra” was then renamed as CREDAI Maharashtra.”

CREDAI Maharashtra closely works with Government and Semi Government agencies and takes initiatives in policy formation. The association has been instrumental in the implementation of RERA in the state and leading in promoting development of Affordable Housing Projects across the state to meet the target of Housing For All. CREDAI Maharashtra has various Expert Committees covering all facets of the business. These committees’ study and work towards betterment of the construction business.
