CREDAI Ichalkaranji

CREDAI Ichalkaranji is an association of Builders and Promoters of the Ichalkaranji Catchment Area. It was established in the year 2013 and since then it has been operating for the promotion of Real Estate in the region for the benefit of its members. It has a strong membership of 45 members consisting of leading Builders and Promoters of the region accounting for a major chunk of the construction activities in the Ichalkaranji Municipal Council area.

CREDAI Ichalkaranji is a part of the State Level association, CREDAI Maharashtra and National Confederation, CREDAI National which in turn connects the entire builder fraternity of the country. Due to the strong presence of CREDAI across the state and country, CREDAI Ichalkaranji can approach the State and Central Governments in policy formation relating to the construction sector.

The Association works towards solving problems & ensuring smooth operation of construction business in the region. Additionally, the association keeps track of all latest policies, rules and regulations issued by the government in connection to the construction industry and ensures dissemination of this information among its members.

The association is headed by a President and a Management Committee to oversee its activities. CREDAI Ichalkaranji office is located at ‘Saraswati House’, Kagwade Mala, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. Credai Ichalkaranji is playing a pivotal role in transforming Ichalkaranji into an economic and cultural hub, while contributing towards the economy of the city.
